"This report goes to highlight two issues we face at the moment. Firstly, the lack of youth support that would go a long way to steer our young people away from gangs and criminal activities. Secondly, the lack of a visible, community presence by the police. If we cannot have a regular police presence, patrols of PCSO's could certainly be beneficial."
